We have experience establishing and working with companies, joint ventures, limited partnerships, partnerships and trusts.

We regularly advise our clients on, among others matters, compliance with financial markets and financial service providers regulations, anti-money laundering obligations, privacy obligations, consumer protection, anti-competitive conduct and consumer credit.
